Neo Mentor uses your HEC email to verify eligibility, manage your meetings, and send essential event information. It does not use advertising trackers or sell your data.
What we keep
- Your email, display name, meeting choices, and event attendance.
- Security and audit records needed to keep bookings fair and recoverable.
- Email delivery status so organizers can diagnose a missed message.
For how long
Student event data is removed 90 days after a completed or archived event when you have no newer event activity. Email content and recipient addresses are redacted after 30 days. Detailed audit content is minimized after 365 days.
Your choices
You can cancel and rebook before the event begins. For access, correction, or early deletion, contact the HEC Lab organizer for your event.
